ABOUT MORGAN

Growing up as an only child deep in the woods and surrounding farms of the Florida panhandle, imagination has not just been the next thing to learn, but rather, the very air I breathe and the magical escape from reality.

My childhood memories were of wanting to be in the movies and feeling the joy and energy that one feels when leaving the movie theatre. I recently finished a season working as a performer at Dollywood and it was such a magical and fun experience with hours of hard work, but in the end, it was one of the most wonderful learning experiences of my life. Nowadays, I mainly work with toddlers with disabilities, and working and playing with them has been a joy in my growth not only as a teacher and actress but also as a human being as well. It has garnered in me more of the essence of hard work, love, energy, focus, and engagement with people and work.

When entering the theatre, I’ve learned that I love the adventure of the villain and taking a dive into the expression of having inner strengths while also being thoughtful and portraying the struggles with my eyes telling the story. I’m able to play the innocent victim but am daring to play the seriousness of a spy and the sassiness of the rich socialite. As I’m learning more each day, I earn to challenge myself, and in the future, pursue characters that are taxing but an inspiration in itself to the art of acting. When I’m not painting, reading books, or inhaling my 10th cup of coffee of the day…I watch movies and tv shows. Watching movies for me is like when the plane takes off from the runway. You experience that high feeling of going into a whole other world where a beautiful story is being told by artists. Through hard work and with a good attitude and coffee in hand, I know anything is possible.

Congratulations on finishing my book so far! I feel as though the journey has just begun and I would be more than happy for you all to join the ride with me. The few treasured memories and steps of my life so far are on my Instagram, so I would love it if you wanted to pop in and glimpse into who I am and where I’m going. If you would like to know even more about me, please feel free to contact me as well.

The dream isn’t to just to be an actress, but to be a storyteller and create magic.

Thank you for your interest and have a beautiful and wonderful day!

HIGHLIGHTS

“Morgan is a former student that I had the privilege of working with at Marianna Theatre. She was always a positive influence in class and always had a way of seeking out the positive in situations. Morgan was also a dedicated and hard-working student. She went the extra mile in pushing herself to be better at whatever song or role she was tasked with performing. She always made sure to invest time in all parts so as to represent herself and our groups well. It was truly refreshing to watch her grow with each role she undertook and each performance she gave, always striving to be better.”
